Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or other international destinations outside of Canada.

Processing Time

Orders for our dairy and protein beverages are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Times & Shipping Rates

•U.S. Continental Orders: Standard shipping generally takes 3-6 business days.

•Canada & Remote U.S. Regions (Alaska/Hawaii): Due to international customs clearance and transit distance, shipments typically take 6-12 business days.

•Shipping Rates: We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the U.S. and Canada, with no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Carriers and Tracking

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a real-time tracking link.

Customs and Import Duties (Canada Orders)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details prior to placing your order.

Special Notice on Dairy Shipping

Since we ship ultra-filtered milk and protein drinks, we strongly recommend that you retrieve your package promptly upon delivery and store the items according to package instructions. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by packages left uncollected in outdoor environments for extended periods.

Incorrect Address Notice

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
